Since August 2011, Group has been implementing quality, environment, and occupational health and safety management systems, complied with GB/T19001-2008 idt ISO9001:2008 "Quality Management System-Requirements", GB/T24001-2004 idt ISO14001:2004 "Environmental Management System- Requirements and Guidelines", and GB/T28001-2011 idt OHSAS18001:2007 "Occupational Health and Safety Management System-Requirements".
In accordance with the needs of our customers, Group has effectively completed ROHS testing, heavy metal migration testing, other certifications for conventional aluminum cladding products. All these certificates and testing are providing a strong basement for stabilizing and expanding customers and international markets.
At present, our testing projects include chemical components of various aluminum alloys, coal products, raw materials, rolling cooling lubricants, engine oil, gear oil, coating, physical properties, spectrum, gold and other related indicators, which can be carried out in accordance with international/domestic industry standards and customer requirements. And our testing level is leading the industry domestically.
Group has formulated the "Metal Marking and Traceability Management Standards" to regulate the metal markings, and the "Production Process Card Management Standards" to regulate the filling and storage of production process cards during material production, and to record the true situation of products in the production process so as to ensure the products traceability.
