Our state-of-the-art cast house have deployed, regenerative type melting furnace with PLC controlled Billet Casting Unit with all associated in-line metal treatment facilities like degassing and metal filtration units,These features ensure that our billets meet all internal and surface quality requirements. Our billets can undergo 100% ultrasound inspection and can be cut to the required lengths and packaged at our sawing facility as per the customer’s specifications.
Our billets are designed to provide superior metallurgical properties due to our strict process control and optimized chemistry. These billets offer exceptional extrusion speed without compromising the strength of the extruded profile. Additionally, our products show significant improvement in process recovery and die life, which enhances the overall extrusion process.

Rectangular Aluminium Slabs
We are leading manufacturer for Wrought Aluminium and Aluminium Alloy slab in south china equipped with advanced 12 melting and casting production lines with 18 melting and holding furnanace with capacility from 35mts to 100mts.
Our smelters have got advanced casting moulds, enabling them to produce a wide range of slabs for rolling with a length of up to 6000mm a width of 960 - 1700mm, and a thickness of 260 - 520mm. They are produced from aluminium of the 1ххх, 3ххх, 5ххх, 6ххх, 8ххх series and А5 – А8 grades. These products conform to the requirements of international standards, as well as to specific customer specifications.
Our Aluminium slabs are widely used in China main aluminium producers such as SAW. Alnan, chinalco ruimin, nanping aluminium etc.
